Summer Kickoff BBQ

The only problem with the grassy area is that there may or may not be people there. Just cause we have the bathhouse doesn't mean that there won't be other people at the beach. I still think Golden Gardens is the best choice though. Also I wanted to add another idea to the food list. Corn on the cob?

I just know we can't have a movie night at Golden Gardens. Too many shady characters down there! Right now we're more interested in making sure everyone comes.

Our plan is to mail out invites, is anyone interested in drafting a post-card like invite that we would mail out? Ideally something that would appeal to both parents and participants.

Say, it is already June. What's the final decision for the BBQ retreat?

It's at Golden Gardens from 10:30 to 4:00 (that is when we were able to get a reservation)

Ok, it's nice to know that that is happening then, i will talk to people.

I don't think there will. The building is occupied.

I don't mind creating the postcards... I know you all have a bunch of finals and projects and such so let me know what you think.
